The Symbio support team will provide support for you and the Symbio program in a few ways. To begin with we will provide support services during your initial 90-180 day period. When you buy the Symbio program, included in the price is a support agreement. The length of the support depends on the version you select. Subsequently you can buy an extended support agreement for a year at a time.
For users that are under a support agreement we have many ways to provide excellent and timely support. See the list below for different options. Please note that you will need your username and password in order to utilize these services.

Live Chat and Screen Sharing
Our DKSoftware support team utilizes GoTo Assist customer support technology. The GoTo Assist platform allows the DKSoftware team the ability to provide live chat support and screen sharing. .. Live Chat is a great way to speak with one of our technicians and handle business at the same time. With your permission screen sharing is just like having one of our experienced technicians at your office, we will be able to see and manage your Symbio program from our computers. When your session is completed, just log the technician off of your screen and they won’t have access again. Using these technologies frees you up so that you won’t be on phone while we are assisting you in support. Symbio support will be available during the office hours of: M-F 7:30 am until 4:00 pm PST.
